Slovenian Toxicological Society has a new honorary member. This is Dr. Lucija Perharič, our long-time member and previous society president. With her dedicated work, her professional knowledge and enormous personal enthusiasm Lucija is the true heart and an indispensable member of our society. It is thanks to her commitment, enormous effort and optimism, that our society was entrusted with the organization of the international congress EUROTOX 2023. As head of the local organizing committee, she has successfully completed this role.

She was presented with a certificate of honour in Ljubljana on 5.11.2024 at the 7th Congress of the Slovenian Society of Toxicology (SloTox). On this occasion, she also gave a lecture in which she vividly presented her professional and amateur toxicology research.
