Intern Position with EUROTOX
EUROTOX is the Federation of national societies of toxicology in Europe, which together have approximately 7,000 members. In addition, EUROTOX counts more than 200 individual members who come from 50 countries, mostly from Western Europe. EUROTOX mission is to foster the science and education of toxicology, and influence regulatory and policy frameworks to promote the safety of humans, animals and the environment, and protect global health.
We are looking for an intern with an understanding of toxicology as well as some familiarity with graduate training systems across Europe to establish the availability of toxicology teaching and training across the EUROTOX community. The post will be for 6 months (full-time) and the stipend will be £10,000 (€11,300). The intern will be based at an European University, to be decided in accordance with the best interests of the intern and EUROTOX.
The candidate must have:
Basic knowledge of the field of Toxicology
Familiarity with graduate education and training across Europe
Good information technology and communication skills
Good organisational skills
Enthusiasm to engage with and work alongside the EUROTOX community
Fluent in English (oral and written)
